Affiliates are reminded to take advantage of ISM’s program to document Continuing Education Hours. It is a simple process: affiliates complete a Continuing Education Hours (CEH) Documentation Request Form four to six weeks prior to a seminar (or other educational event) and return it to ISM. ISM will review the information to make certain the program subject matter is eligible for continuing education (for the C.P.M. and A.P.P. programs). If eligible, ISM will assign a program number and return the completed form, along with a log sheet and recommended Achievement Award forms. The person responsible for the program will then complete an Achievement Award form for each attendee and send a roster of attendees to ISM. The attendee submits the Achievement Award form when applying for C.P.M. recertification or A.P.P. reaccreditation.
