ISM—Pittsburgh recently shared with ISM the tool they are using to get more feedback from their members. The affiliate used a Web-based software program (SurveyMonkey) to create a professional online survey for dinner meeting participants. ISM—Pittsburgh is using this tool because it’s quick and easy for members to complete, and it helps increase the chance of receiving survey responses. The feedback is then used by the board of directors to plan educational opportunities for the affiliate
