for the volunteer leadership
September 2002, Vol. 14, No. 9
In This Issue
As the one-year anniversary of the tragic events of September 11, 2001, approaches, all of us at the Institute for Supply Management™ renew our care, respect, and concern for those who lost their lives or loved ones as a result of the terrible acts that occurred in New York City, Washington, D.C., and Pennsylvania. We salute those who gave their lives in the rescue attempt and pray for their families and for our troops who continue to pursue the criminals that engaged in these acts of murder. Never before has our love for our country and the principles for which it stands been stronger.
In an effort to communicate with affiliate leaders in a more timely manner, ISM press releases are no longer being sent to affiliates via the U.S. Postal Service. Effective June 1, 2002, press releases began to be distributed by e-mail via a press release listserv. This listserv serves as a delivery service only; it is not used for online interaction. Simply register to receive press releases via the listserv and they will be automatically sent to you via e-mail.

The listserv is provided to strengthen communication among affiliate volunteer leaders, and between affiliates and ISM Affiliate Support. The purpose of this discussion list is to share successes, concerns, and lessons learned.
