In December 2003, Knapp and Associates International, a consulting and research firm, completed a set of one-on-one interviews. In early February, we launched the next phase of our study which included five surveys delivered online to a diverse group of individuals including current C.P.M.s and A.P.P.s, lapsed C.P.M.s, non-certified members and leaders in the profession. Participants in this survey had the option to enter a drawing to win a prize.
