    In early December, you will receive in the mail the 2007 Proxy for the Annual Meeting of Members of the Institute for Supply Management, Inc.™ (ISM) You are being asked to vote on the election of ISM Board members and changes to the ISM By-laws.     ISM is changing the Accredited Purchasing Practitioner (A.P.P.) program. February 28, 2007 is the date by which candidates must postmark their A.P.P. Original & Original Lifetime application. If candidates postmark their application after February 28, 2007, they will never be able to become an A.P.P.
