The updated ISM Glossary of Key Supply Management Terms is a valuable reference tool for supply professionals, academics, researchers and students. Available November 2006, the expanded new fourth edition includes information from all disciplines within supply management. It also includes a searchable CD and almost 300 new legal terms.

The publication's expanded content is a result of collaboration with numerous subject matter experts and sources representing the entire spectrum of supply management — including supply practitioners, attorneys and academicians — and a comprehensive review of printed and Web-based sources across private, public and industry sectors.     Includes 165 questions (150 scored — 2 hours, 45 minutes)

    Covers: Forecasting; logistics; materials & inventory management; organization/department assessment; planning; product development; project management; quality
    Includes 165 questions (150 scored — 2 hours, 45 minutes)

  • Exam 3 — Leadership in Supply management
    Covers: Leadership; risk and compliance; strategic sourcing
    Includes 180 questions (165 scored — 3 hours)
