Registration Information
Continuing Education Hours (CEHs)

Upon completion of this program, you'll receive 32.25 Continuing Education Hours that you can apply toward recertification or reaccreditation. CEHs are awarded based on your full attendance. Established by ISM in 1974, the certification (C.P.M.) program is the first nationally accepted standard of competence and knowledge for the purchasing and supply management field. Those who earn the C.P.M. designation join a select, yet fast-growing, professional group widely recognized by management and colleagues to be among the most knowledgeable in today's competitive world of purchasing and supply management.

Air Transportation

ISM's official airline carrier is American Airlines. Refer to file number 1834AA when making travel arrangements via American Airlines. Call American Airlines directly at 800/221-2255.

Tax Deductions

The Internal Revenue Service may permit an income tax deduction to U.S. residents for expenses (including registration fees, travel costs, meals and lodging) incurred in pursuit of continuing professional education. Consult your tax advisor for details.

Special Team Discount

Register three people from the same organization at the same time and the third person attends for $1,500 — that's a savings of over 50 percent on your third registration. All registrations must be placed at the same time. Registrations for Team Discounts must be placed directly through Customer Service by phone, fax or mail.

What Your Registration Includes

Five days of exposure to leading thinkers and educators from supply management. Powerful networking time with your peers as well as innovative and inventive views of the supply management organization. When you leave this program you will be armed with proven strategies to implement back at your office.

Your registration includes a complimentary copy of the ISM Supply Management Knowledge Series. This four-book set is a valuable resource tool for any supply management professional and an excellent base for an organizational library. This $200 value is yours free with your registration to the Supply Management Program.

To take the strain off your travel budget, five breakfasts, five lunches, one reception and one dinner are included.

Prior to the program start date, you will receive a survey from the director of this program. Your responses will enable ISM to deliver a more customized program ensuring that the presentations address your needs and learning objectives as best they can. Be sure to provide your e-mail address on the registration form so that we can send a survey directly to you.

Facilities and Accommodations

The program hotel is the Hilton Phoenix/ East Mesa, 1011 W. Holmes, Mesa, AZ 85210. For reservations, call 480/833-5555. For more information about the hotel accommodations, visit www.hilton.com. Please make your reservations by February 25, 2004. This is prime tourist season in the Phoenix area, so book early. ISM rate: $149 plus tax and applicable room charges.

Membership Discount

ISM members receive a valuable discount on seminars. If you are not already a member of ISM, now is the time to join. Return a completed membership application with your payment and you qualify for the member pricing.

Ground Transportation

You are responsible for your ground transportation to and from the airport. ISM provides a scheduled daily shuttle to and from the hotel and the ISM classroom.

Other Information

The attire for this program is business casual. Smoking is not permitted in classrooms. To ensure maximum participant interaction and learning, enrollment is limited. Early registration is encouraged. Please review the section "Who Should Attend" before registering.

Agenda and Events

To give you additional time to network and learn from your colleagues, your registration includes continental breakfast and lunch each day as well as dinner Thursday evening at a local restaurant. The program meets at the Hilton Hotel on Friday and wraps up with lunch at the hotel. Please see your confirmation letter for specifics about the evening programs, meals and transportation.
