Lara Nichols is Senior Director, Global Partner Strategies at Tyco International. Ms. Nichols is a results-driven business executive with a strong background in leadership development, technology management, business process engineering, program design, change management, global service delivery, technology and business process outsourcing and offshoring, supplier and risk management, merger and divestiture strategies and asset management. She has held key executive leadership and pivotal organizational transformation roles that have contributed significant value and ROI to multibillion-dollar organizations of Global Fortune 200 companies.
Ms. Nichols is credited with founding Tyco's IT supply management program, asset management program and globalization strategies effort to support central delivery of back office operations.
Prior to joining Tyco in 2005 Ms. Nichols' career includes ten years of progressive responsibilities at Wachovia Bank, now a subsidiary of Wells Fargo Financial Services. Notable roles include Vice President and Director of the bank's centralized IT Architecture Shared Service centers, Vice President and Chief Sourcing / Procurement officer for Technology and Operations and Vice President Advanced Technology Group.
An advocate for continuous learning and giving back, Ms. Nichols is a member of Tyco's Diversity and Inclusion council, sits on the Supply Chain Management undergraduate advisory board for Rutgers University and serves on The Conference Board's Globalization Council. Ms. Nichols serves as a mentor, a guest lecturer and a community volunteer.

Daliah Saper is a member of the Illinois Bar and both the General Bar and Trial Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She has handled high profile cases and is regularly interviewed on national TV, radio, and in several publications including: Fox News, CNBC, ABC News, The Chicago Tribune, WGN Radio, NPR, and a slew of smaller websites. She has repeatedly received the honor of being named a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers magazine, is recognized as a leading Media and Entertainment lawyer by Chambers and Partners, featured on the cover of TheXemplar magazine, profiled by the Chicago Law Bulletin, and was recently nominated for the prestigious ATHENA Young Professional Leadership Award. Daliah is also an adjunct professor at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, teaching a Sports and Entertainment law course.
Daliah received her J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, where she was a staff member on the Journal of Law Technology and Policy and served as President of the Intellectual Property Law Society. Her work experience includes positions at Brinks Hofer Gilson and Lione, a large intellectual property law firm; Lawyers for the Creative Arts, a non-profit organization assisting artists; and the Anti-Defamation League, a civil rights organization. She has also worked at Playboy Enterprises, Inc., assisting with the maintenance and enforcement of Playboy's global trademark portfolio.
Prior to starting her own firm, Daliah gained experience as a commercial litigator and negotiated settlement agreements on behalf of individuals sued by the Recording Industry Association of America. She also served as Vice President and in-house counsel of diLuce Productions, Inc., a Chicago based public relations and marketing consulting firm specializing in event production.

Adrian has a B.S. degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Cornell University. He also earned a Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Management from Northeastern University, where he now serves as an adjunct instructor in their Executive MBA program.
