Linda Lundquist is Manager of Supply Chain Processes & Optimization at Caterpillar. She manages an internal consulting group in Caterpillar Production System to drive ERP systems excellence in supply chain and manufacturing processes and optimization of business transformation results globally. From 2003 — 2008, Lundquist was Employee Development Program Manager at Delphi Corporation in Global Supply Management. In this role she supported functional objectives such as redesign of global category strategy development and sourcing, defining new process to classify suppliers and manage supplier relationships and restructuring Indirect Materials organization including development of tools for strategic sourcing process and eRFQ. Prior to joining Delphi, Lundquist was employed at John Deere and spent over 10 years in Supply Management as a Project Manager for initiatives in supplier training, performance management, workforce management, succession planning, talent management and key leadership talent development.

Lundquist earned an MBA in Supply Management from Arizona State University, an M.S. in Applied Science, Augustana College, Rock Island, IL, and a B.A. in Chemistry from Augustana College, Rock Island, IL.

Nancy Q. Smith is Vice President, Products and Services for InsideOut Development, a professional services firm that provides training, coaching, and consultative solutions to a large, global clientele. Smith leads the Learning Practice, including responsibility for product development, delivery, and implementation support strategies.

Smith's background is in performance consulting, talent development, business process and global supply management. She has experience working globally (North America, Asia and Europe) and across a wide variety of industries and functions. She is exceptionally strong working with senior leadership teams.

Smith's role encompasses business development, sales and marketing, intellectual property expansion, curriculum design and providing consulting and facilitation. Industries served include healthcare, technology, insurance, energy and manufacturing.

Prior to joining InsideOut Development, Smith was Director, Strategic Partnering, for Exemplary Performance (EP), a leading performance alignment and execution firm serving some of the world's most successful companies. EP's results are evidenced in increased margins, faster time to performance, reduced turnover, and increased close rate. In her role, Smith works with HR, supply management and other enabling functions to help them transition from a tactical to a strategic approach and builds the capability of their teams to serve as strategic business partners and deliver results to the business.

Smith is a featured speaker for supply management and human resources audiences. Together with Dave Nelson, she authored CPO Perspective on Strategic Business Partnerships, a whitepaper featuring 15 top CPOs. She was also recently published in Training magazine.

Brent E. Edmisten is the Vice President of Supply Chain at Excel Industries. Edmisten is a proven business process improvement and supply chain transformational leader with over 20 years of experience. He led the on-site assessment and final selection process in which Cessna Aircraft was awarded the 2003 Purchasing Medal of Excellence in Supply Chain Management. Edmisten has also worked at Hawker Beechcraft Corporation as Vice President of Supply Chain Operations. He led companies in transforming their supply chains into a strong competitive advantage.

Edmisten is a graduate of Friends University in Wichita, KS where he earned an Executive MBA. He is also a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional, and a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.). He is a member of ISM, CSCMP, and APICS professional organizations. Edmisten and his wife, Debbie, live in Wichita, Kansas and have one daughter and one son.
