Rosanna Yang

Rosanna Yang is a director with A.T. Kearney Procurement & Analytic Solutions with more than 14 years of industry and consulting experience. Her areas of expertise include temporary labor category management, consortium management and procurement performance management. She has led several key sourcing engagements that have produced tangible and sustainable results for clients. Additionally, she leads A.T. Kearney's temporary labor category subject matter expert group.

Yang also has several years of consortium management experience. She directed A.T. Kearney's Leveraged Sourcing Network (LSN) — a strategically managed consortium, which combined the buying power of approximately 20 Fortune 1,000 companies with similar purchasing requirements. She led the temporary labor category efforts for LSN for more than five years. She also oversaw and now manages A.T. Kearney's recent new strategic alliance with CoVest Sourcing Network™. The CoVest Sourcing Network is a group purchasing organization formed through the union of A.T. Kearney's Leveraged Sourcing Network and additional purchasing agreements formed by CoVest partner companies.

Yang has a dual degree from Northwestern, MBA from Kellogg School of Management and Master of Engineering Management from McCormick School of Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from University of Illinois.

Tom O'Neill

Tom O'Neill is a former principal of A.T. Kearney, where he helped found the firm's strategic sourcing practice, and where he managed large-scale strategic sourcing client projects that achieved significant savings in direct and indirect materials and services. O'Neill's clients included Fortune 500 companies and their global equivalents in service industries, automotive, electronics, transportation and utilities, among others. He currently manages the CoVest Sourcing Network™ (CSN), a strategic alliance with A.T. Kearney. CSN is a group purchasing organization that provides its members access to several leveraged agreements with major suppliers for indirect materials and services.
