Fees

$795 members / $995 nonmembers / $250 student members

Fees include all workshops and scheduled meals.

Guest Package

For your convenience, a package is available for your guest for a fee of $99 (USD). This package only includes the dinner receptions on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Conference sessions are not included.

Early Registration Discount

Register by January 10, 2011 and receive $100 off the regular registration fee. Student registration is not included in the discount offers.

Important Schedule Information

• The 8th Annual Black Executive Supply Management Summit begins Wednesday, February 9, 2011. The 4th Annual Hispanic Supply Management Summit runs concurrently with the Women Executive Supply Management Summit. We invite participants from all Summits to attend the sessions within the other Summit events.
  
  
• There is a case competition sponsored by the Black Executive Supply Management Summit on Wednesday, February 9, 2011, 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. All summit participants may attend this session.
  
  
• There is an Executive Roundtable Speed Networking session on Wednesday, February 9, 2011, 3:15 - 4:45 p.m. All summit participants are invited to attend.
  
  
• There is a networking reception and dinner on Wednesday, February 9, 2011, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Attendees from the Women Executive Supply Management Summit, the Black Executive Supply Management Summit and the Hispanic Supply Management Summit are invited to attend.

Summit Location

Office Depot, Inc. (Conference Center), 6600 N Military Trail, Boca Raton, FL 33496 and Embassy Suites Boca Raton, 661 NW 53rd St, Boca Raton, FL 33487. Transportation is provided for Embassy Suites Boca Raton hotel guests to Office Depot's Conference Center. Please refer to your confirmation letter for details.

Hotel Information

To receive the ISM hotel rate, use Group Code C-ISM. Use this link to book your hotel using the special ISM web site: www.ism.ws/2345. The ISM rate is available until January 20, 2011 or until the room block is sold out, whichever comes first. Rate: $159/single; $169/double. A complimentary breakfast is included for all ISM guests staying at the Embassy Suites. Also included in your room registration is free Internet access.

ISM Cancellation and Refund Policy

Notification of your cancellation must be in writing. Cancellations received up to the day prior to the program are subject to a $100 cancellation charge. No refunds are given once the program has begun. Registrants who fail to attend a program are not entitled to a refund. ISM must be contacted within 30 days of the program completion in order for a refund to be considered. ISM reserves the right to substitute speakers. If the program is not held for any reason, ISM's liability is limited to the program fee.
