    What This Program Offers

This sophomore year for the Hispanic Executive Summit surpasses last year as we have a program packed with dynamic and essential information for supply management success. Topics include managing supply chain disruptions, low-cost-country sourcing, coaching and sustainability. We even have a session on counterfeit parts and how to avoid this unpredictable risk. Our presentations will wow you with real-world results and provide groundbreaking insights. You'll take home ideas to apply to your global sourcing projects and you'll find inspiration in the success stories. In addition to a program full of supply management knowledge and expertise, we've included two dynamic sessions to help you hone your project management skills (presented by one of our most highly scored facilitators). It's impossible to have a professional development event and not address sustainability, so we also have a session devoted to this that demonstrates how to avoid risk and leverage opportunities.

    Who Should Attend

This program is open to all professionals in supply management who value diversity and innovation. To ensure significant discussions and relevant networking, we ask that participants have more than a basic knowledge of supply management. The program is designed for supply management professionals who seek the opportunity to learn, share, mentor and network. This program is not exclusive to any one race or ethnic background, but the emphasis is for Hispanics in supply management to address concerns that they may face on a routine basis in the workplace: experiences that are unique to them. Our topics are relevant for many supply management professionals and, as such, many diverse individuals are invited to learn and network at this event. ISM has many networking opportunities for individuals to share their unique experiences, including affiliates and groups and forums.

    Why You Should Attend

You should attend this program because it includes a well-rounded curriculum in supply management. The topics and related solutions are for supply professionals with solid experience in supply management. Not only will you take away tangible, real-world solutions, but you'll also begin to develop strong relationships with your peers. Never underestimate the power of a connection with a colleague in your profession.
