Customized and Standard Training and Development

ISM-ADR School for Supply Management offers two types of blended learning programs:

  • Customized Training and Development programs
  • Standard Training programs
    •

Customized Training and Development programs combine a myriad of delivery methods to suit the unique needs of your organization. The strategic advantage of customized blended learning program is that the content and delivery methods are tailored to your organization, people and culture. Blended learning programs can be offered in various languages and customized for fee.

Standard Training programs combine the best of a variety of delivery methods. Each program is available to an audience of up to 35 people. ISM Standard Training program, include face-to-face, Web-based self-paced, live conference calls and reading assignments in each program. However, you can elect to change the mix of delivery methods used. An assessment is also included at the completion of each blended learning program.
