Andrew Bartolini is a globally recognized expert in sourcing, procurement and supply management. At Ardent Partners, he focuses his research and efforts on helping enterprises develop and execute strategies to achieve operational excellence within their procurement and finance departments. He also publishes the popular blog; CPO Rising. Andrew was most recently with the Aberdeen Group in Boston where he was Vice President/Group Director of Global Supply Management research. His affluent experience includes leadership roles in sales, marketing, and services at Ariba and Commerce One, rich experience in strategic sourcing, business process transformation, software implementation, consulting and investment banking.

Matt Mehalick joined Celgene Corporation in 2008 as the Director of Procurement. In this capacity, he is responsible for leading the sourcing function and global sourcing strategies worldwide, as well as supplier management to enable Celgene to drive maximum value. He has 20 plus years of progressive sourcing, supplier management and supply chain experience, which has provided him to lead several sourcing/supply chain teams throughout his career. His roots are in the Pharmaceutical industry where he has spent the last 14 years, with Schering-Plough, Sanofi and Celgene.

Richard has an extensive background in B2B E-Commerce, going back to his early career at GE, where he helped launch GE'S Trading Process Network (TPN), the first on-line marketplace for sourcing and procurement in the mid 1990's. He was Co-Founder of B2eMarkets, one of the first SaaS (Software as a Service) Sourcing Suite providers and later covered the supply management market as an industry analyst for the Aberdeen Group. Prior to joining Zycus, he helped bring to market new innovations in P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Catalog and Supplier Enablement from Vinimaya and others, helping global clients achieve world-class P2P system adoption and performance.
