Business Survey/Economic Outlook Presentation Keynote and Breakfast Foodservice ends at 8:30 a.m. Norbert J. Ore, CPSM, C.P.M., chair of the ISM Manufacturing Business Survey Committee; releases the committee's Manufacturing Semiannual Economic Forecast. Anthony S. Nieves, C.P.M., CFPM, chair of the ISM Non-Manufacturing Business Survey Committee; releases the committee's Non-Manufacturing Semiannual Economic Forecast. William Dunkelberg is professor of economics in the College of Liberal Arts, Temple University, where he served as dean of the School of Business and Management from 1987 to 1994 and as Director of the Center for the Advancement and Study of Entrepreneurship. He currently serves as chief economist for the National Federation of Independent Business and as economic strategist for Boenning & Scattergood. His prior appointments were at the Krannert Graduate School of Management, Purdue University, the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University and the Survey Research Center at the University of Michigan. He has a BA, MA and Ph.D. degrees in economics from the University of Michigan. Dunkelberg is a nationally known authority on small business, entrepreneurship, consumer credit and government policy. David Hensley is executive director and global economics coordinator in the Economic Research Department at J.P. Morgan. He is responsible for global business cycle and policy analysis and is co-manager of J.P. Morgan's economic weekly, Global Data Watch. Hensley also authors J.P. Morgan's Daily Economic Briefing and monthly Global PMI reports. Prior to joining JP Morgan in 2002, Hensley was managing director at hedge fund Tiger Management, LLC (1990-2000) and senior U.S. economist at Salomon Brothers (1993-1998). He has a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
