The workshop raises awareness of the power of sourcing optimization software. Optimization has been traditionally applied to transportation. As supply professionals assume a more strategic role and buys become more complex through multiple business unit sourcing, consolidation and outsourcing, optimization allows for more sophisticated analysis of these strategic buys. |
