Notification of your cancellation must be received in writing. Cancellations received up to the day prior to the program are subject to a US$100 cancellation charge. No refunds once the program has begun. Registrants who fail to attend a program are not entitled to a refund. If the program is not held for any reason, ISM's liability is limited to the program fee.
