Cell phone/data card services procurement

I would like to know if anyone in these forums have been able to do any strategic sourcing on behalf of their company for cell phone/cellular data card services. I'd like to compare some notes.
I'd also like to know if anyone has done any benchmarking to discover what a typical company spends per person on cell phone plans and data card plans.
