Default Standardizing procurement nomenclatures

Wanting to establish standardization of terms including bidder, contractor, seller, buyer, etc. used as procurment nomenclatures for various procurement methods, i.e., request for quote, request for proposal, agreement, task, sealed bid contract, purchase order, etc.
Would appreciate feedback for terms you are using to simplify identifying parties involved during the phases of procurements (before and after awards).
