Standard EEO Clause etc for PO's

I need to beef up our standard EEO clause and T's and C's on our PO's. Can anyone tell me where I can find some information? Preferably some type of template. Our PO's are embarrassingly weak and I need to add more requirements, expectations, etc. to them. Thanks.
