I am looking for a boilerplate contract for drop ship suppliers. In this contract I am looking to protect the company from the loss of the customer, hence not to be stolen by the supplier that drop shipped the product. does anyone have such a document?

A non-disclosure agreement would between you and the supplier would address this.
