Post Input for Real Estate Benchmarking Study

We are benchmarking the Real Estate category and would like to know if anyone can share data on what the square footage per office employee is at your company and how space utilization, centralization of budgets, and type of space [A/B/C] is managed in NA, EMEA and APAC.

Thanks in advance.

Default Large Credit Union Space Utilization

I am in the process of researching and formalizing a plan for better space utilization in our organization. So far I have found that 250/SFPP (square foot per person) is the "typical office space" number. This equates to a 4 parking spot per 1000SF standard. I have seen the SFPP creeping down toward the 200 SFPP as well. Another "standard" would be for large law firms the SFPP can reach up to 500 SFPP. Obviously the SFPP is correlated with the type (title) of people in the office space and what industry/use it is for.

I have also partnered with a major firm to help with the project which has been extremely beneficial.

Hope this helps a bit.
