Default position title question

Hello everyone,
I'm interested to learn what other hiring managers think in regard to having multiple "senior" buyer positions or support the tiered buyer position structure. I'm currently hiring for a Senior Buyer position and anticipate another opening later in the year... the future position would most likely be the same level as the current Senior Buyer opening... but i'm unsure if I would want to hire two Senior Buyers... i'm interested to hear other's perspectives on this subject. Thank you in advance.

Default For the sake of consistency

It's perfectly fine for two buyers to be 'senior'. Think of it this way; the term "Junior" and "Senior" isn't to be relative to the other buyer, it's relative to their experience/qualifications.
