Has anyone heard if paper / corrugate (brown boxes) will be dropping soon?

If you are in a buying position, I would suggest running an online bid. That is one sure way to see what prices are doing, relative to your needs.

What the "market" is doing may not be relevant to your needs. An online bid, where suppliers are submitting firm prices for your business, will give you much more valuable information.
