Supporting International locations

As we expand our global reach, we are challanged with the most effective way to support international locations, understanding the challenges with centrally located Procurement offices dealing with their foreign locations (local affinities, legal differences in contracts and language or time barriers, to name a few). Can you share any policies or procedures that your company has taken to support international locations?
