Purchasing Policies

Hello,

Does anyone have copies of their organization's purchasing policy that they would be willing to share? We are updating ours and I'd like to see what is out there for similar organizations, particularly with focus on Sustainable Sourcing/Green Purchasing.

I'm also looking for a good definition for "consultant" vs. "supplier" and what thresholds to set for hiring each (e.g. 3-bid system at certain cost levels, etc.).
