Facilities Services

I am working on changing over our facilities mindset to a more strategic services procurement mentality rather than a project based mindset we currently use. DOes anyone manage multiple small site locations and use a services procurement menatlity to facilities services?

I would love to hear any insight. Or if you had time, I would love to pick your brain.
