Wage Garnishment Administration Svcs

Have any members inquired or gone out for bid for a service provider to administer their employees’ wage garnishments? Our Payroll Dept is interested in such a service and we have found only one provider, ADP, who does this on a large scale. Another vendor, TALX, is new in this business and only performs it for child support garnishments. Is anyone aware of other providers who perform this service on a moderate to large scale?
