What is the purpose of the scorecard? Is this for ISO? Would you use the score to favor vendors in awarding business? A defined purpose will help you find the right catergories. I like quality, service, and price. Quality is in relationship to the specifications on the order, service would include customer service, delivery timeliness, invoicing correctness etc, and price as it compares to other quotes.
