supplier rating system software

I am looking for some input about what software people are using for supplier rating systems. Our company is putting in Microsoft Dynamics AX and that software doesnt really have a supplier rating system per se, so I am looking for a "canned" program to implement and interface with AX. I am wondering if there are any really good software packages out there that people like.
