Corp Training IP Perpetual License

Has anyone negotiated a perpetual license or an IP transfer for corporate training content? I want to take the Sales training methodology we are buying on a per person basis and incorporate it into our internal training regimen but I don't have any benchmarks to base the pricing on. (this is on-site training)
