On Line Contract Managment Solution

I have been looking for a simple solution to CMS. Is anyone aware of a creative use of Outlook or other means to "create" date driven email event reminders for key dates for contract expiration/renewal notices along with a document repository function?

If you want to use Outlook, then set up a task reminder for the future date and then it will pop up and you either have to open it or ignore and "snooze" it.
