Best Practices - Supplier Governance Team - Post Outsourcing
We have recently partnered with a 3rd Party organization where we have outsourced the entire procurement operations. I am the part of the retained team and looking at the internal governance where I am responsible to report out Metrics i.e. CPI, KPI & GPI plus any other areas that needs to be highlighted as part of the contract definition. This is where I am seeking some information in terms of the best practices that should be applied with the supplier to drive maximum output from them.
