Default Office Equipment Rationalization Project


I am working on a project to rationalize old and new office equipment such as copiers, fax's and printers some of which are owned by my company some of which are leased. Is there a roadmap out there that can be used for a project such as this. I am sure many companies have had to go through updating their systems.
