Dear ISM colleagues,
Researchers at the University of Maryland/Robert H. Smith School of Business are seeking volunteers to participate in a short survey examining issues of inter-firm relationship governance, conflict management, reputation, and communication.
Volunteers should be directly involved in managing inter-firm contracts, have experienced a conflict on one of these contracts, and be willing to share conflict resolution strategies and outcomes with us. No identifying information about either party will be collected.
Responses to this survey are very important and will help us learn more about conflict types and resolution tactics that are employed in practice, and how successful these efforts are perceived to be. In return for your participation, a report summarizing the findings and implications will be provided to volunteers. Participants will also have the option of entering a drawing for $100. One payout per every 100 participants will be awarded.
