My company is interesting in building a new corporate cafeteria. We are working with an architect and they will be doing the design and construction. I would like to benchmark with other companies that have done this in the past that can share their experience, (good and bad). I would like to also see sample RFP, a list of service providers and how you made your final decision.

This facility will service approximately 480 employees (corporate office staff, engineering, and manufacturing).
