Manger of a Logistics & Warehouse Service Provider
 

I am planning to structure an organization that manages multiple logistics & warehouse service providers. It is the concept of a 4PL / control tower. However, I am finding diffeculty defining the jobs & their roles within such an organization.

Can anybody provide me with generic 4PL job titles & job descriptions to support the concept of a manager of service provider?

Moreover, please do share your past successful experience in implementing a 4PL complany.
