My company has a large retail network of locations that need waste hauling and recycling services. The model we are most interested in is a 3rd party provider that will bid out the service for the most cost effective control, assume responsibility with the hauler including the contractual agreement and guarantee a defined savings to us after the due diligence process.

We found a supplier that matches this model, but they could not pass our credit risk evaluation and now we are back at the beginning looking for a supplier.

Can anyone offer suggestions on suppliers I might review?
