Z or Zeta Score

Does anyone use this when investigating financial viabilty? It indicates the likelihood of the vendor going bankrupt in the next two years.

We do indeed use Altman Z, Z1 or Z2 in case available information from D&B is not sufficient.

Hi Dominik, just a question.

When you use the Altman Z-score (or Z1 or Z2), you need a few bits of financial information in order to calculate it. So if you're dealing with a private company, you need to request some of that information directly from them. Do you find many suppliers are willing to provide that information?

Thanks much,
