Supplier "On-boarding"/Supplier Diversity

Is anyone using a supplier on-boarding system with a supplier diversity tie-in? Our firm is in the process of developing a supplier diversity program and looking to implement such a system, however, Internet searches (so far) have only netted one such system from CVM Solutions. Any help in identifying other sources would be appreciated.
