Lisa Martin, CPSM, C.P.M., is the former senior vice president, Pfizer Worldwide Procurement and Operations. Pfizer is the world's premier biopharmaceutical company, with estimated 2010 revenues of US$67 billion to US$69 billion, and is headquartered in New York City. As Pfizer's chief procurement officer and global operations leader, Martin and her organization supported all externally purchased goods and services categories across each business line, including biopharmaceuticals, consumer, nutritional and animal health. Martin led a broad array of functional areas, including Real Estate for Pfizer's global site portfolio and facilities management at Pfizer's Commercial and Research and Development sites. She also led Pfizer's Corporate Services, such as Fleet and the Global Travel Program. In addition to leading the development and implementation of sourcing strategies that leverage Pfizer's US$20 billion spend, Martin championed Pfizer's supplier diversity programs.

Martin joined Pfizer from Warner Lambert in 2000, where she was vice president, procurement. Her career also includes management positions at Sony Pictures Entertainment, Columbia Pictures Entertainment and NBC.

Martin is Chairperson Emeritus of the Institute for Supply Management™ (ISM). Additionally, she serves on the executive committee of Junior Achievement of New York (JANY), as well as the board and executive committee of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). Martin earned a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in communications and psychology from Long Island University, C.W. Post College, New York. She resides in New Jersey with her husband and has two adult children.
