(Tempe, Arizona) The National Association of Purchasing Management (NAPM) will host its next satellite seminar on June 3, 1999.
The topic for the satellite seminar is Legal Perspective: Protecting Your Organization By Understanding Your Rights and Obligations. The seminar will cover law of agency, contract law, antitrust law, electronic commerce law, international procurement, and alternative dispute resolution.
NAPM will use an interactive approach to this seminar by providing case studies for participants to review. The case studies will be available on the NAPM Web site, and on NAPM's Fax on Demand system.
