Satellite Seminar Targets Strategic Cost Management

(Tempe, Arizona) — The National Association of Purchasing Management (NAPM) will present Strategic Cost Management: Understanding Cost and Price Analysis Tools during the next satellite seminar.

The seminar will begin at 10:00 a.m. (EST) on April 8, 1999. It will include topics such as, understanding benefits, advantages, and disadvantages of each type of analysis; identifying cost saving opportunities and elements; and implementing action plans for cost cutting supply teams.

Strategic Cost Management: Understanding Cost and Price Analysis Tools is ideal for purchasers, supply managers, and others interested in understanding the basics of cost and price analysis tools, as well as details of how effective strategic cost management skills can be utilized in the daily work routine.
