This seminar is recommended for those with a fundamental knowledge of business contracts, purchasing law, and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). Supply managers will learn how to analyze various agreements, confidentiality contracts, purchasing contracts, design contracts, construction contracts, and their key provisions; how to avoid the most common pitfalls in purchasing contracts; and the use of liquidated damages, warranty, and indemnity provisions in transactions.
