ISM Services Group Names 2008 Scholarship Winners

Sixteen supply management students honored at 9th Annual Services Conference.

(Tempe, Ariz.) December 4, 2008 — Sixteen students representing top supply management programs at five universities were honored today at the 9th Annual ISM Services Conference at The Ritz-Carlton, Phoenix. The conference was hosted by Institute for Supply Management™ (ISM)'s Services Group.

Scholarship recipients exemplify the very best in educational achievement and future of the supply management profession. Each scholar received $2,000 plus sponsored registration and travel allowance to attend the ISM Services Conference taking place December 4-5, 2008 in Phoenix. The following students were named 2008 ISM Services Group Scholarship winners:

  • Jack Klees, Frederic Ferro, Randy DeMel, Pranoy Chandra: Arizona State University — W. P. Carey School of Business
  • Amanda DeCook, Ashley Kruger, Varun Paranjpe: Michigan State University — The Eli Broad College of Business
  • Joseph Campbell, David Myung Han, Ankit Munjapara: Rutgers Business School — Center for Supply Chain Management
  • Michael Linn, John Prsha, Conrad Smith: University of San Diego School of Business Administration — Supply Chain Management Institute
  • Alison Brubaker, Kevin Little, David Ursing: Western Michigan University (WMU) — Haworth College of Business
