(TEMPE, Ariz.) January 31, 2008 — Institute for Supply Management™ (ISM) yesterday announced the debut of its e-publication, eSide Supply Management: Essential Principles for Professional Growth. The online e-magazine is ISM's newest member benefit. Written with entry- and mid-level supply management professionals in mind, eSide Supply Management offers career advice, research survey results, international business tips, social responsibility and sustainability articles and more.
A visually rich Web portal view allows eSide Supply Management readers to quickly scan the entire issue or follow hyperlinks to feature length stories. The inaugural January/February 2008 issue features a robust selection of articles:
eSide Supply Management targets the up-and-coming supply management professional — principally individuals in the role of manager, buyer and purchaser. However, ISM's newest e-publication also promises to hold distinct value for supply professionals holding a variety of titles and responsibilities. Senior executives who want to stay current with trends and information important to their employees will also find eSide informative and relevant.
The online, interactive nature of eSide Supply Management allows readers to provide immediate feedback on their reading experience. Readers can choose to participate in quick surveys, rate articles or recommend topics of interest.
