Volunteer Registration for ISM's 97th Annual International Conference coming to Baltimore May 2012.

THANK YOU! for your interest in ISM's Annual Conference, May 6-9, 2012 in Baltimore, MD. Due to an unprecedented, overwhelming response through our open registration process, we have reached our volunteer staffing goals.

Should the need arise for additional volunteers, and/or to replace cancellations, the Volunteer Registration link has transitioned to a Stand-by Listing, and will remain open through April 6th, 2012.

Should you be selected from the Stand-by List, a confirmation notification of your selection as a Volunteer will be sent to you via email. Those not selected will also be notified via email.

Volunteers are typically needed on a daily basis as hall monitors, room monitors, hospitality and information and other logistical areas. Those selected will receive daily registrations to work their shifts and attend workshops as their schedules permit.

Volunteering benefits not only include networking with industry and professional peers from around the globe, but having access to the onsite workshops and exhibit hall, at no cost. (Conference registration fees are waived for volunteers.) Additionally, you will receive Continuing Education Hour (CEH) credits as well.
